Aim and Scope

Caucasus Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (CJHSS) is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing high-quality research in the fields of humanities and social sciences. The journal aims to promote original, methodologically rigorous, and theoretically grounded studies at both regional and international levels.

The primary mission of CJHSS is to provide a scholarly platform that fosters interdisciplinary dialogue and intellectual exchange among researchers, academics, and practitioners worldwide. By adopting an Open Access publishing model, the journal ensures the unrestricted dissemination of knowledge and supports the global visibility and accessibility of scientific research.

The journal covers a broad range of disciplines within the humanities and social sciences, with an initial focus on six core areas: history, philosophy, philology, psychology, sociology, and religious studies. Submissions that integrate interdisciplinary perspectives and employ diverse methodological approaches—including theoretical, empirical, and mixed-methods research—are particularly encouraged.

CJHSS publishes original research articles and book reviews that contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge in the relevant fields. The journal also welcomes proposals for special issues that address emerging themes and contemporary debates within the humanities and social sciences.
